Made with wheat flour, salt, raising agents (E500, E575), onion powder and yeast, the mix delivers a light dough with tender texture.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 240 °C (Th.8). Pour the content of one sachet into a bowl, add 15 cl of lukewarm water and 3 tablespoons (≈ 30 g) of olive oil. Mix until smooth and form a ball of dough. Flour lightly and roll out. Add your toppings and bake for 15-20 minutes.
