We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service, including reliable shipping to your doorstep across the country. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:
1. Shipping Methods and Times:
- We offer standard, express and refrigerated shipping.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location within Australia.
- Express shipping ensures faster delivery, usually within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Keep in mind we currently do not offer express shipping everywhere in Australia due to the high cost for certain locations. If you do wish to get express shipping and it is currently not available where you are located, please contact us.
- Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or public holidays.

2. Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
- You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before making payment.
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 Australia wide. Not available for international shipping.
- Standard shipping is NOT temperature controlled.
- At checkout you will find different couriers available including (depending on your location): Aramex, Couriers Please, and Australia Post. Please select your preferred couriers (Price varies)
- If the shipping address is a PO Box you must choose Australia Post at checkout.
4. Shipping Restrictions:
- At this time, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand. Please contact us if you wish to get delivered elsewhere.
- All products have a ‘best before’ date. Sale items may be past that time, so please make sure to check the expiration date on all products you are ordering.
5. Order Tracking:
- You can track the status of your order using the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email.
- If you encounter any issues with tracking your order or have questions about your delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.
- During checkout you will be asked whether you want a signature to be required during delivery. If you have not selected ‘signature required’ and are not here during delivery, we cannot be held responsible.
6. Hot Weather/ sensitive items:
- Keep in mind all sensitive products are subjected to melt. While we take care in including ice packs with all items that are at risk of melting, please keep in mind the shipping is not refregirated, so we cannot guarantee how the product will arrive. Ice pack last for up to 48hours max. Unfortunately, refunds will not be given for any items that may arrive melted so please keep that in mind before placing an order with sensitive items.
- To avoid melting we do recommend: selecting express shipping, avoiding placing an order on very hot days, avoiding placing the order late during the week as it will stay over the weekend in the courier depot and lastly make sure someone can be around day of delivery as it will avoid the package sitting outside in the sun.
8. Click & Collect
- Click and collect is available. You are welcome to pick it up anytime within our opening hours. If you can’t make it during those hours, please contact us to arrange an appointment. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready.
Refrigerated Shipping Policy:
- Temperature-Controlled Packaging:
- All refrigerated items are packed in temperature-controlled packaging that includes an insulated ice pack. This ensures that products remain at the appropriate temperature throughout the shipping process.
2. Dispatch Schedule:
- Orders containing refrigerated items are dispatched from our facility on Monday ONLY. And need to be placed before 1pm on a Thursday in order to leave on the following Monday. Please keep that in mind when ordering.
3. Tracking and notifications:
- You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. We recommend monitoring the tracking to ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly upon delivery.
4. Delivery Upon Arrival:
- Someone MUST be home at the time of delivery. If you are not home, we will not be hold responsible for the damage it may cause to the products.
- If you are not home, your parcel will be left somewhere safe. Refrigerated parcels cannot be taken to a courier facility.
5. Shipping Areas:
- Refrigerated shipping is available to Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. To know if your area is eligible for refrigerated shipping, simply enter your postcode at checkout.
