Delivery and shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping will depend on the weight of the items and where you are located. 

Shipping cost will be calculated at the check out.

We also offer free delivery for any orders over $150.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time will depend on where you are located. However here are some approximate time frames:

If you have chosen standard shipping, we will delivery in 3 to 8 business days. 

If you have chosen priority shipping we will deliver in 1 to 5 days.

Is click and collect available?

Click and Collect is available and is free of charge.

If you wish to collect your order you can select so at the check out. We are located in Helensvale, Gold Coast.

Do you offer international shipping?

Internal shipping is unavailable on our website at the moment.

I have entered my adress incorreclty how can I change it?

If you have accidently entered your address wrong, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible as we ship orders within the same day.

What is your returned Policy?

We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Returns are not accepted due to safety reason. Refunds will only be given if the product is missing or if proportions are incorrect.

What payment options are available?

We currently accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa cards, master cards, afterpay and paypal.

Is your site secure for payments?

Certainly! When addressing the question about the security of your website's payment system, transparency and assurance are key.

Where do your items come from?

All our products come* from France and are shipped to us directly from a French supplier located closed to Paris.

*Depending on the brand some products are French but made in Europe.

Can I become a reseller?

Yes, you can! If you wish to become a reseller, please sign up on our reseller page here.

There is a product you do not have that I would like to order.

We love to hear product suggestions. If there is a product you would love to order but do not see it on our website please contact us so we can try our best to include it in our next order.
