This medication contains paracetamol.
Oral usage: Dilute the drinking suspension in a tiny amount of liquid or serve it undiluted.
One bottle holds 100ml.
What is the dose of Doliprane 2.4% Sugarfree Oral Suspension for Children?
You can administer this formulation in four doses, each containing roughly 15 mg/kg every 6 hours or 10 mg/kg every four hours.
The oral administration syringe has a half-kilogram grading and can deliver 15 mg/kg per dose. The dose to be provided in one dose is thus determined by bringing the plunger up to the scale corresponding to the child’s weight. If necessary, repeat this dose after 6 hours, but no more than four times per day.
Examples:
– For a child weighing 3.5 kg, the dose per dose is one oral syringe filled to the 3.5 kg mark.
– For a child weighing 15 kg, the dose per dose is one oral syringe filled up to the 10 kg mark and one oral syringe filled up to the 5 kg mark.
