How to use

This sauce is one of Sétoise’s most famous specialities. It’s a delicious accompaniment to fish soups, fish, shellfish and crustaceans. You’ll enjoy it best with our Fish Soups and Shellfish Cream Soups, to which you’ll have added a few croutons and a little grated cheese for a real Sétoise presentation.
