Produced by Fromagerie Rouzaire in the Seine-et-Marne region just outside Paris, this cheese reflects true artisanal craftsmanship. Rouzaire specialises in traditional white-mould cheeses and manages every step of production, from sourcing whole milk to refining each wheel in their dedicated affinage facility.

The addition of crème fraîche gives this cheese its signature luscious, velvety body. Expect flavours of sweet cream and fresh butter, followed by subtle notes of mushrooms, hazelnuts, and occasionally a whisper of truffle. Its bloomy rind adds an earthy complexity that rounds out every bite.
