Mini canelé poached in Armagnac syrup: Syrup 66% (glucose syrup, water, sugar, Armagnac 9.7%, acidifying agent: citric acid), canelés 34% (water, sugar, WHEAT flour, rum, milk preparation (LACTOSERUM, vegetable fat: coprah, MILK protein, skimmed MILK), whole EGG powder, vanilla flavouring).
Baba au rhum caramel à la Fleur de Sel de Guérande: 12% volume syrup (water, rum, sugar, vanilla flavouring, caramel flavouring, Guérande flower of salt, colouring: E150a), cookie (WHEAT flour, EGGS, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, sourdough).
