Shipping will depend on the weight of the items and where you are located.

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at check out.

We also offer free delivery for any order over $150 (Australia ONLY).

I have entered my address incorrectly how can I change it?

If you have accidentally entered your address wrong, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible as we ship orders within the same day.

What is your returned Policy?

We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Returns are not accepted due to safety reason. Refunds will only be given if the product is missing or if proportions are incorrect. 

I have an issue with my order, what can I do?

In the unlikely event of an issue with your order please contact us via email.

Please make sure to attach a photo so we can clearly understand the problem and arrange a solution.

We aim to respond to emails within 24 business hours.

Where do your items come from?

All our products come* from France and are shipped to us directly from a French supplier located close to Paris.

*Depending on the brand some products are French but made in Europe.
