Ingredients:
Cook the pasta in a large volume of boiling water salted with coarse salt.
Keep them al dente and drain them.
Pour the pasta into a bowl, immediately add the cream (the pasta should still be very hot) then mix.
Add the diced Gruyere cheese, the diced ham and mix.
Pour into a gratin dish, sprinkle with the grated Gruyere cheese.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
