Description

This French Saucisson (the original large dry pork sausage) is made from high-quality free-range pig and has a perfect combination of flavor and seasoning. Fine pork ground is combined with salt, black peppercorns, and wine before being dry-cured to properly create the flavour.

It is ideal for serving cold with a rustic bread and a substantial slice of cheese, or as part of a charcuterie or antipasto plate. Bring some on your picnic or slice them up for a gourmet snack.

 

Ingredients: 92% pork and hog fat, 4% salt, 2% black pepper, ≤1% sodium nitrite, and ≤1% starting culture. Gluten-free.

 

Casing: Natural sheep casing is entirely edible.
