The MOUSLINE Cream and Nutmeg puree contains 90% potato. Mostly harvested in Picardy, French potatoes are delivered to the MOUSLINE workshop. We thoroughly wash, peel, and then steam them. The process involves mashing them into puree and then extracting water to reduce it into flakes. After adding the cream and nutmeg, you get a smooth puree with a unique taste.
