Usage
1 sachet of Classic Baker’s Yeast corresponds to 20g of fresh yeast.
Directions for use (up to 500g flour):

Begin by pouring one sachet of Vahiné Classic Baker’s Yeast into two tablespoons of lukewarm water or milk (around 35°C).

Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes to activate the yeast, and it’s now ready for use with your flour.

Mix all your ingredients (at room temperature) into the activated yeast, then knead the dough using a food processor until it pulls away from the sides. If you knead by hand, use two sachets instead of one.

Let the dough rise in a warm place (22-25°C) for up to 4 hours, until it has fully expanded.
