Use
1/2 to 1 teaspoon to flavor 500g or 1/2l of preparation. Food flavoring not intended to be ingested as is. To be diluted in your preparation.
Composition
Sweetened liquid coffee extract, glucose syrup. Contains a minimum of 15% coffee solids.
STORAGE
After opening, store closed in the refrigerator and use by the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
Preparation COFFEE BISCUIT CUP
Ingredients
For 6 people people
250 g soft butter
4 egg yolks
200 g powdered sugar
1 bottle vahiné coffee aroma
1 box of petit beurre
Place the butter in a bowl, add the egg yolks and powdered sugar. Mix well with a fork, then add the coffee extract.
Place a sheet of aluminum foil in a rectangular dish. Let it hang over the sides. Quickly dip the cookies into the coffee (one at a time).
Arrange the cookies on the bottom of the dish, then cover with a layer of buttercream. Alternate cookies and cream three more times.
Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
