Recipe idea Chicoccino to use the Leroux Chicorée soluble

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons of Instant Chicory
• 250 ml of milk

For the milk froth

One tube of unsweetened evaporated milk

Step 1
For quick and easy milk froth, place the unsweetened evaporated milk in a container in the freezer with the whisk attachments of an electric mixer for 20 minutes.

After this time, pour the Instant Chicory into a glass.

Step 2
Boil the milk. Add the simmering milk to the chicory.

Beat the evaporated milk until you obtain a creamy froth. Add it to the glass.
