Directions for use
Shake well before use.
Recipe idea: Salted caramel with Bjorg Soja Cuisine
- 60g caster sugar
- 2cl water
- 16g vegetable margarine
- pinches of fleur de sel
- 70ml Bjorg Soja Cuisine fluide
Pour the sugar, salt, vegetable margarine and 2 cl water into a high-sided saucepan.
Heat over medium-high heat, stirring until the mixture reaches a lovely amber color.
Remove from the heat and stir in the salt, then the cooking soy.
Return to low heat for one or two minutes, stirring constantly until the desired consistency is reached.
Cool in a glass jar.
Drizzle over the crêpe and roll up.
