Creamy Truffle Pasta 🍝
Ingredients:
- 250g tagliatelle or pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons Truffle Sauce 3% Winter Truffles
- 150ml heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Freshly grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
- In a pan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the cream and warm it gently.
- Stir in the truffle sauce until fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and toss it in the truffle sauce mixture.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
