How to use:
This box contains:
2 sachets of 190g of preparation allowing each to make approximately 8 to 10 crepes.
I add to 1 sachet:
– 50cl of milk (1/2L)
– 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil (10g)
Preparation: 5 mins
Cooking: 3 to 4 mins
Recipe :
1) In a salad bowl, I pour the contents of a sachet then the milk, stirring gradually.
2) I add the oil, and mix well. No need to let the dough rest!
3) I pour my dough into a lightly oiled and very hot pan.
Once cooked, I turn it over. I let the other side brown.
