Fish soup 950ml
Mediterranean sailors used to keep small whole fish after selling their day’s catch at auction so they could make the traditional fish soup 950ml. Southern rock and whitewater fish like Gascon, Red Grondin, Conger, Bug, and Capelin have a delicate scent that can be improved with tomatoes and regional spices like thyme and garlic. The fish are pressed instead of crushed.

Instructions for use
For about 4 plates:
This soup is ready to use, heat on low heat or in the microwave in a suitable container without boiling.
We advise you to serve the soup very hot and accompanied, according to your taste, of fresh cream, natural or garlic croutons, grated cheese.
Decanting is natural, shake the bottle to obtain a homogeneous product.
