The beetroot sugar is produced locally and packaged in France in the Centre, Grand-est, Normandie and Hauts-de-France regions. It comes from French cooperative and is 100% French agriculture. To ensure the shortest possible route and a more responsible supply chain, our sugar factories are located next to farmers and their land.

At Daddy, beet sugars are unrefined, they take what nature gives us the best! In sugar confectionery, sugar beet juice with white fibre is filtered and then concentrated… No artifice, no magic, it is quite naturally that the beet sugar obtained after this extraction process is white.
