How to use:

Tilt your head to the side to prevent the solution from passing down your throat (for infants, place them in a lying position). Gently insert the rounded end of the nasal tip into the entrance to the nostril. Apply brief, sharp pressure. Repeat the operation in the other nostril, tilting the head to the other side. Raise your head to let the phlegm drain out and wipe your nose with a tissue. Clean the tip with hot water after each use. Repeat the operation 1 to 4 times a day if necessary.
