Alsa Custard 300g

Ingredients
Sugar, corn starch 7.9%, modified potato starch, palm fat, natural vanilla flavor, EGG yolk, glucose syrup, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), MILK protein, flavoring, Bourbon vanilla seeds, and colors (annatto norbixin, riboflavin).
Possible traces of GLUTEN, SOY, NUTS.
To prepare my Custard, I need:
– 0.5 litres of milk per cream
- Bring ½ litre of milk to a boil in a saucepan.
- When the milk boils strongly, remove the pan from the heat and immediately pour the contents of a sachet into the milk.
- Stir with a whisk to obtain a smooth cream.
- Pour the cream into a bowl and leave to cool, stirring occasionally.
- Cover the bowl before placing it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that the cream thickens.
- Stir it one last time before topping my desserts.
