Ingredients
WHEAT flour, delicious chocolate chips 27% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, lean cocoa, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)), sugar, cane sugar 11%, skimmed milk, a pinch of baking powder (E 575, sodium carbonates) and some salt.
Possible traces of GLUTEN, EGG, SOY, NUTS
To prepare my cookies, I need:
- 50 g of butter
- 1 egg
- A baking tray
- preheat my oven to 180°C, preferably on fan heat.
- pour the contents of the cookie preparation bag in a bowl, I add 1 egg and 50 g of soft butter.
- mix the dough without working it too much until I get a ball.
- Using a tablespoon, I form as regularly as possible 12 small balls, which I arrange on the baking sheet at regular intervals then flattened very slightly.
- bake 8 to 12 minutes. Is it golden? So it’s ready!
Tip: Enjoy your warm cookies, they are even better!
