Alsa chocolate soft cake preparation
The Alsa chocolate soft cake preparation is a Soft Chocolate Ready to Cook, which it is enough to pour into a buttered mold and then to bake.
It is a generous cake with chocolate and unique sweetness.
Ingredients
For the preparation of the cake (415 g): chocolate powder 33% (sugar, cocoa), sugar, wheat flour 16%, wheat starch, baking powder (E 575 and sodium carbonates), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E 472a, b, e and E 470a), maltodextrin, MILK protein, thickener (xanthan gum) and aroma.
Possible traces of GLUTEN, EGG, SOY, NUTS.
And for my pretty decor (20 g): icing sugar and some potato starch.
Possible traces of GLUTEN, MILK, EGG, SOY, NUTS.
To prepare my Soft Nature, I need:
- 20 cl of liquid cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 round non-stick pan
- preheat my oven to 150°C (th. 5) preferably in the rotating heat position.
- pour the contents of the large bag in a bowl.
- add 3 eggs and 20 cl of liquid cream and whisk 2 min with an electric mixer.
- pour in my mold, sprinkle half of the bag of sugar decor and bake 45 min (or 50 min if I use a traditional oven).
- wait 5 min and unmould. I sprinkle the rest with icing sugar. It’s ready!
Tip: I check the cooking by sticking a knife blade in the middle of the cake: if it comes out clean then my cake is cooked.
