The gourmand advent calendar includes :
Chocolate-covered almonds: 2 green olives / 2 black olives
Nougats: 2 chocolate + 1 pistachio flavored + 1 lemon + 2 blueberry + 2 caramel + 1 tender Montélimar + 1 raspberry flavored + 2 praline / 2 dark chocolate coated Dominos + 2 orange milk chocolate coated Dominos
Calissons: 4 plain
At Diane de Poytiers, they make the nougats using the traditional cauldron-baking method.
The cooking method, the cooking time, and the human touch all make a difference. Someone bakes artisanal nougat in a copper cauldron for over two hours, carefully supervising the temperature of the various ingredients as they cook.
They package nougat by hand!
Diane de Poytiers mainly produces Montélimar nougat, soft or hard, but also has the secret to a few house specialties, such as honey nougat, organic nougat, caramel nougat with Guérande salt, lavender flower nougat and fig nougat.
All nougats are guaranteed GLUTEN-FREE.
Storage instructions:
Store closed and away from humidity, between 18 and 22°C.
