-250g of flour
-100g of sugar
-50g of chocolate chips
-10g of BANANIA chocolate powder
-2tbs of yeast
-Pinch of salt
-2 Riped Banana
-85g of butter
-2tbs of milk
1.Preheat your even on 165degres
2.Mix the flour, Banania chocolate powder, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
3.Add the mashed bananas as well as the butter and the milk.
4.Whisk (preferably with a mixer) until getting a nice dough (approx 2 mins).
5.Add the eggs and the chocolate chips and mix well.
6.Add butter to the bottom of a baking tray and pour the mixture.
7.Let it cook for 55 to 60 minutes.
